Wow! it´s amazing.. i think it´s the first english post i see in this forum, but i will enjoy to answer you anyways.. Like other replied you, you must have installed the lastest version of Quicktime in your PC. I don´t really understand your question but.. if you want to convert a normal format video (MPG or DivX for example) i recommend you to use Videora iPod video converter, it´s the most simple way to convert videos quickly and easy !
